Nothing here is unusual. It is written out so that what you can rely on, and what you cannot, is clear before rather than after.
No prices or gold rate on this site
We deliberately publish no gold rate and no prices on this website. The rate moves during the day, and a stale number on a web page is worse than none — somebody travels here quoting it and hears something different at the counter. For the day's rate, message us on WhatsApp or ask in the shop. Only a written estimate given at the counter is a quotation.
Product images
Photographs on this site show real pieces from our shop. Stock changes daily and a specific item you see here may already be sold. Photography cannot perfectly reproduce the colour of gold or of stones. Please confirm availability before travelling.
Hallmarking
Gold sold by us is hallmarked by a BIS-licensed centre and carries an individual HUID. You are welcome to verify it yourself before purchase; we will supply a loupe if you need one.
Exchange and resale
Terms for exchange and resale — including our practice of not deducting melting loss — are explained on the gold exchange page and confirmed in writing at the counter before any transaction. Purity is established by computerised testing in front of you.
